These Terms govern your use of the Mozant website (mozant.com). Mozant is operated by Contained, Inc. (“Mozant,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation. By using the site or requesting a demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By requesting a demo, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not prohibited by your employer or any agreement from sharing it.

The website

Site content, including text, graphics, and the Mozant wordmark, is owned by Contained, Inc. and is provided for personal informational use. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site without our written consent.

Demo requests

Requesting a demo creates no obligation on either side. We may follow up to schedule a demo and tell you about Mozant. How we handle the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.

Confidential information

When you request a demo or email us, do not submit privileged or confidential information that belongs to your employer, your employer's clients, or any third party. Keep it to your name, contact details, and a general sense of what your team needs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) submit anyone else's personal data without permission; (c) probe, scan, or attack the site or its infrastructure; (d) use the site to send unsolicited communications; or (e) use any automated means to scrape the site.

Deleting your information

You can ask us to delete the information you have provided at any time. Email legal@mozant.com and we will permanently remove your record from our database.

No legal advice

Nothing on the Mozant site or in any communication from us is legal advice. We are not your lawyers and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of the site.

Disclaimers

The site and any materials we provide are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contained, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero).

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
